Eric's Work

I am trained in a variety of bodywork techniques including Thai Yoga Massage, Shiatsu (acupressure), Reflexology, and Injury Treatment. Many of these techniques are complementary and may be combined during your session. You may schedule sessions lasting between 1-3 hours in length.

I have studied Traditional Thai Yoga Massage in Thailand and have been an instructor to other health care professionals since 1998.

Massage Therapy: You may choose from several styles of bodywork, including Thai yoga massage, shiatsu, reflexology, and injury treatment and combine them in a session.

The bodywork I offer is practiced without oils and lotions. Because I integrate movement and stretching into my sessions, please wear or bring loose, comfortable clothing such as a cotton shirt and shorts, or a sweatshirt with sweatpants to your session.

Initial sessions are a minimum of 90 minutes in length and include a full health history intake. You may schedule  subsequent sessions between 1-3 hours in length.

Thai Yoga Massage: Thai Yoga Massage is a holistic, meditative, and interactive style of bodywork. Sometimes referred to as 'assisted yoga', Thai Yoga Massage incorporates elements of yoga, stretching, breathing, acupressure, and rhythmic compression along energy lines. It is deeply relaxing and grounding, yet also energizing and balancing. It is performed on a comfortable floor futon. Massage & Acupuncture: A synergistic effect is created when receiving acupuncture followed by bodywork. Acupuncture opens the meridians and allows a person to be more receptive to bodywork.
